Hydraulic Scissor Lift
‘NANDI’ Hydraulic Scissor lift comes in two variants; Pit mounted and Floor mounted scissor lifts.
The pit mounted scissor lifts are placed inside the floor cavity which will flush with the floor level.
The Floor mounted scissor lifts are grouted to the floor directly.
The standard closed height of the scissor lift ranges from 250 mm to 900mm depending upon the lifted height.
The platform sizes can differ according to customer requirement.
Standard capacities of the scissor lift ranges from 300 kgs to 6000 kgs.
The travel speed of the equipment can be adjusted according to customer requirement.
Technical features:
Handrails can be provided on both sides of the Platform as an extra safety feature.
Hydraulic Cylinder consists of Hard Chrome Plated EN 8 material piston supported by Poly –Urethane Seals which resists any hydraulic failures.
All units are rated for evenly distributed loads. Single axle rolling load capacities are 80% across the ends and 50% across the sides.
The equipment comes with remote push button controls, pressure indicator, solenoid valves all of reputed make.
Maximum and Minimum level limit switch is provided on the lift.
Mechanical stoppers are provided to ensure lift is not raised above its maximum height.
Emergency switch is provided to cut off the power supply in case of any untoward circumstances.
Flow control valves are provided on each cylinder as an extra safety feature to resist the scissors from going downwards in case of hydraulic hose rupture.
